For many of us British Asian men this is a common nasal pattern. Over the years I've improved hundreds of noses with a similar shape to this. It can be a little tricky to do at times due to the angle of the curve .

Here's what I did .. I first smooth over the bum, then reshaped the supra tip area, so above and below the bump were now pretty straight, then I finished by lifting the tip up for better overall balanced. I was pleased with the final outcome, but more importantly so was Prav.
