Straighten The Bridge
The goal here was to create 2 stronger straighter dorsal aesthetic lines that runs down the edges of the bridge of the nose and define the appearance of the dorsum on frontal view. As you can see in the left side before pic, one of the lines is faint and hardly visible, and the other has a curvature to it. In the after pic on the right you can see the development of both lines becoming straighter, and stronger in appearance.
A New Tip For Yasmin
Yas felt the tip of her nose was rounded and pointing down. In fact Yas didn't have a tip, so I first reshaped her bridge to that allowed me to create a new tip for her. This non surgical nose job took 10 minutes to achieve.
Nose Reshaping (non Surgical)
This nose shape is called an SI 2 curvature of the bridge, that can cause a functional restriction of breathing. Here I was able to straighten the bridge, plus increase the internal valve space to open up the airways for improve breathing.
Smoothing The Bump For Mandy
Although it’s been said that disguising a nose bump with filler is a pretty easy procedure, that’s not always the case. Some bumps on the nose are a little more tricky to do, but I was able to get the best outcome for Mandy. I also raised and reshaped the tip for her non surgically.
Centering The Tip For Jaz
A Canted tip is a tip that’s pointing left or right. Here I was able to move the tip back into the midline, plus defined and raised it. I also slimmed and straighten the bridge, resulting in more elegant pleasing looking nose.
Reshaping The Bridge For Rami
A typical Chinese East Asian nose, has a low flat bridge with a round fleshy down turn tip. Here I was able to add height to the bridge (if you look at the top lash line in the after pic you can see the bridge is further out than in the before pic). I also raised the tip which helps to create a saucer shape bridge that has become very fashionable.
Lift The Tip & Slim The Bridge
Ali felt that his bridge was a little wide and the tip was pointing down. I was able to narrow the bridge and lift the tip. A little discolour but will settle down. This is just an example of the amazing results non surgically with nose filler that can be achieved.
Straighten The Bridge & Lift The Hook Tip
Karen has always disliked her nose which she felt looked like a parrots beak. I had to take my time with this one but we got there in the end, and I was so happy with the outcome for her.

Like many Asians including myself we tend to have a low bridge, with wide flaring nostrils and undefined tip. You can see the nostrils shape has changed, they are now

Classics Hump/Bump Disguise
Hiding the bump can be fairly easy, but the real challenge is making the nose look good in relation to the other features
of the face, the eyes, lips, chin. Here I still need to reduce the nostril size and volumise the lips for a more pleasing look.

Correcting A Surgical Procedure
I in 3 of the clients I see today, contact me to correct a previous surgical nose job that did not go right. Her procedure left her with an s-shaped asymmetrical nose. She had a deep depression to the right top of her bridge, and the tip was canted left. I was able to fill in the depression and straighten the tip. This pic was taken immediately after, so will settle down and visually will improve over the next 4 weeks.
Dorsal Hump
With this hump correction I had to pay particulate attention to the Frontonasal angle (forehead to bridge of nose). If I straightened the bridge further for Rachel it would have reduce this angle and the outcome would not have looked as visually pleasing

Correcting a crooked tip so that it sits in the midline of the face can be pretty challenging, due to a multitude of variables that contributed to why the tip was off center to start with, and this can affect the outcome.

Hadiya contacted me to ask about slimming her bridge which I able to do. this took 2 sessions to get it right!
Narrowing The Nose Bridge
Dr Joyce is a microbiologist, and came from Nigeria to have her nose job with me. I slimmed her bridge and also narrowed her nostril flare.
